Clubhouse is a 1913 Historic structure originally built by and for the Ladies' Literary Club, est. 1877. The LLC is the longest lasting Womans- Only Club west of the Mississippi River. The hidden-gem of a building was recently purchased by the historic preservation-minded creative community known as Photo Collective Studios.
